The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Contract is to regulate the commercial transactions between the Owner and the Users. The purchase of any of the products offered implies acceptance, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these general conditions of use.

The products presented on the Site comply with Italian law. Without prejudice to the case of fraud or gross negligence, the owner will not be responsible for damages that may result from interferences, omissions, interruptions, viruses, failures or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the devices or computer equipment of the users, motivated by causes external to the owner, which prevent or delay the provision of services in other electronic systems, né the impossibility of providing service or allowing access for causes not attributable to the Owner due to the user, third parties, or force majeure.

In general, the User agrees to comply with these general conditions of use and to always operate in accordance with the law, morality and the requirements of good faith, acting with due diligence and refraining from using the website in any way that could prevent, damage or impair the normal operation of the same, the goods or rights of the Owner, its suppliers, and the rest of the users or third parties in general. The User expressly agrees to allow the delivery of the order by providing a “delivery address” to which the requested product can be delivered at the usual time of delivery of goods. The User also expressly acknowledges and agrees that in case of violation of this obligation, the owner will not be responsible for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the User's request, reserving the right to cancel the purchase

The Owner reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to change the price of products and services offered through its website. In any case, the owner guarantees the customer that the price indicated at the time of formalization of the order will not be subject to subsequent changes. In any case, the owner agrees to deliver the goods to the user without delay and at the latest within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the contract as provided by art 61 of the Consumer Code

Many of our products are characterized by large volumes and often directly proportional to their cost. For this reason it is very difficult for us to offer a free shipping service. Generally, for each shipment we bear part of the cost of the courier, while part is charged to the buyer

The form of payment è by Credit Card, bank transfer or PayPal. If the TPV communicates the rejection of the card, it will automatically cancel the purchase order, informing the customer online of this cancellation. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day 1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform the owner of his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (eg letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the User sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. If the User withdraws from this contract, the Owner will refund to the User all the payments made by the latter to the Owner, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the User's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Owner), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Owner was informed of the User's decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Owner guarantees that the User will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If the user withdraws from this contract, the same è required to return the goods to the trader, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he informed the owner of his decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the user returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The User will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that the integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The consumer canò ask, at its option, the seller to repair the goods or replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to'other. The report of non-complianceà of the goods must necessarily be received within the mandatory period of 2 years from delivery of the goods.
